It's weigh in Wednesday

Ick! Ick! and more Ick!

Oh I cannot even begin to tell you how frustrated I am with my weight and the way I look right now, but hey...I guess I can look at it as I still have a goal to work toward...something to do....right?

So after running with Tracey for the first time in over a week this morning (brrrr!), I hit the gym to get my accurate scale reading. Unfortunately I am up 1.2 pounds which doesn't really make me smile.

BUT....

There is always a but, isn't there?

I weighed in AFTER running 2+ miles, AFTER eating breakfast and stinky ol' flo hit today as well. I often gain up to 3 or 4 pounds as a result of that torture, AND I haven't exercised much this past week cause I've been so sick.

So, I'm really hoping for something more positive next week.

If not I'm going to just forget about trying to look better and eat cheesecakes every meal for the rest of my life!

:0)

On a happier note. Tomorrow begins the 2nd annual WRMK warehouse sale! YIPEE! I can't wait to go. Here's hoping I can beg Tracey for a buck or two to spend.

Well Kristy next week you will weigh in the same time, day, clothes etc so it will improve. Just DON'T give up! It's tough but you can do it!

I am so so so excited to go tomorrow I can't even begin to tell you. If he won't give you money I'll give some! ;) Yeah...seriously it's all I've thought about today. I am giddy!

I want to lose 20 pounds by this summer. Wanna do it together? Support me when that chocolate craving hits, wait that's not a craving that's a constant!
Hugs,
Misty

Well, I hear ya on the weight thing. I'm walking at night and doing Curves in the morning 4 mornings a week and still nothing down. I lost 1"off of my bust in the first three weeks and when I told David he said "That was very careless of you, wasn't it??" ROFLOL, he also added that it was the one area that he didn't want to see disappear, lol. Here's to the next weigh and measure-in. It's so frustrating when you do everything you are meant to do and there is still no result. I think I will join you with the cheesecake :-) mmmmmmm. Wish I was there for that warehouse sale too, man, I could do some serious damage! Enjoy girl!

I'm sorry Kristy. I SOOOOOO feel your frustration. I have been the same stinkin weight for over a month and it is seriously starting to tick me off.

But I guess we just keep trying. I think you look great and I am proud of you.

OH girl hang in there!!
You will always look beautiful to me!!!
My hubby told me (as I've started running) to not even bother looking at the scale. How nice of him huh?

Oh man! I wish I could come to that WR sale with you. I've been dying to get some of those black leather albums (with the label on the spine).
Well have fun!!!

I'm so glad I found your blog! I hear you about the weight thing. I lost a bunch over the last year, but have totally lost all motivation! The treadmill doesn't hold much appeal, now that it's cold, so all the fun of running is gone! I think you still look great though! And I like the dark hair!
