Billy is MEAN!

Oh wow...so this morning I decided to pull out the ol' Billy Blanks DVD's. Holy dog doo, that is a HARRRRRRRRRRRRRRD workout. And I only did the "Basic Training". I think I'm going to try to add one kick boxing routine a week to my morning torture so that I can get my arms back into shape. Gotta love me some tight arms!

So what is your favorite "at home" workout? I know Misty said she loves the Slim in 6, which I am contemplating ordering. I just know that winter is going to be long, an I'm not going to want to go to the gym every morning. Maybe one of these days we'll move to a more mild climate where we don't have to face winter. I really, really, really hate winter.

Oh, at home work outs are totally not my forte, but the only one I have liked is the Winsor Pilates series. I usually feel like I can tell it's making a difference (when I'm actually consistent about doing it--since that would be important, ha ha!). You are rocking the work out world, my friend! Billy is mean, I have to agree with you there!

I love that Billy! Well I haven't done any Tae-Bo for some time but I do like it. I have the whole hip hop abs serious which is a fun seriously tough work out that makes my fat belly burn bad BUT I so hate the Sean T. He bugs!!!

you have GOT to try gunnar petersons workouts (give me 20)...most of his stuff is on the yoga ball and it seriously kicks butt...in only 20 min! i have never felt more of an overall workout then when i put those dvds in...probably should go blow the dust off them:)

I have this series called Yoga Booty Ballet that is a good toning/abs workout. They are easy for me to follow and not feel TOO un-coordinated!

Okay, so I'm just gonna warn you, if you do buy the Slim in 6...you won't really be able to walk very well for the next few days or move much at all. Hee hee. Once you get past that, it's a pretty awesome work out. I have some old TaeBo tapes that crack me up cuz Billy wears leg warmers and dresses funny. You should move to New Mexico. The weather here is THE BEST! I'm from Illinois remember. Hope you're done with all your projects...I still have one in the oven...although the fair wasn't very nice to me today. So wiped out. Take care.
Hugs,
Misty

Hahaha my favorite workout at the moment is lifting my scissors to scrapbook and putting them down again. That's all ;) Maybe one day I will get as active as you again. That said, I stopped by to tell you that you're nominated on my blog. Hope you will like it and play along. Have a great weekend!

I personally really like my firm parts DVDs, especially the lower body. In fact, just thinking about it makes me want to do it.
