ROCKS


Rocks I tell ya...ROCKS. They MUST have been the secret ingredient in all of the food that I've eaten over the past few weeks, cause I really can't think of any other explanation for having gained 4 pounds over the past week and a half. I mean seriously? It couldn't have anything to do with eating out WAY too much, eating junk food like it's going outta style OR polishing off the last of a box of nasty chocolates could it? No. I'm telling ya, it must be rocks.

Here's hoping it warms up soon, cause running is my best tool for losing weight and keeping it off. For some reason the treadmill just isn't quite the same.

Oh I hear ya...I am going back to WW this week! I want to take off 10 more lbs this year and get my belly so it isn't the focal point of every picture I see of myself. PS, that is awesome Tracy suprised you with a computer...that's love!

I know what you are saying, man, it's hard to watch what you eat at the best of times but during the Holidays - it's a living NIGHTMARE!!. I didn't go out of control but I am very determined that the last 14lbs WILL come off before April 1st when I leave for the States, I have to lose in order to be able to gain ;-)

Too funny! I swear everything I ate in December had my 2 favorite ingredients: sugar & butter. I'm starting Weigh In Wednesday again this Wednesday on my blog if you care to do the same. Plus, Biggest Loser starts again this week! Can't wait to watch that again. Maybe this time I'll exercise while watching the show instead of eating!
