No, this is NOT trick photography! :0) Weigh In Wed. #2
I have worked SO hard this past week. Since last Wed., I've exercised all but 2 days (last Friday and Sunday), I've been drinking water like it's going out of style and I've been careful about what I've eaten, trying to balance my protein vs. carbs as well as feeding my face every 3 hours.
And it has paid off.
I was stunned after I got home from the gym this morning to do my 2nd official weigh in for the year. I was hoping to have lost a pound or two but was so excited to have lost 3.6 pounds. IN ONE WEEK! Wow. I might be reaching my goal of 164 sooner than later if I can keep it up like I have been.
Just for a little visual for you all, I found this photo of a pound of fat vs. a pound of muscle. Yup. I'll take muscle any day.
